  1. How do the lights operate?
The LED lights use 2 X AA batteries to operate. These are common batteries you can find anywhere to replace.
 
  1. How long do the batteries last?
LED lights do not consume a lot of energy. Depending on the batteries, they should last approximately 60+  hours of use.
 
  1. How do the lights switch on and off?
Very easily, by using a small switch found at the right side of the canvas.
 
  1. Can I request for AC powered lights?
Yes there is an option for AC powered lights, for specific sizes only, but this will incur extra cost and time for creation.  For any special order contact us in order to fulfill your needs.
 
  1. Do you do wholesale?

Although the lights are battery operated, THIS IS NOT A TOY, it is a decorative product and should be kept away from children reach!
 
  1. Can I add a name or personal message on the canvas?
Yes, you can, FREE of charge! Just add your name or message at the appropriate box next to your chosen design prior to ordering!
 
  1. Do you gift wrap?
Yes, we do, FREE of charge! All you have to do is select the gift-wrap option prior to sending your order!
 
  1. How much time do you need to dispatch my order?
We usually ship within 1 or 2 working days. For personalized items please allow an extra day or two for hand-writing your message. For custom orders creation and shipping times may vary and will be quoted per request.
