1. Product Information
The Company lists on its website and on each product fields all necessary information on the essential features of the available products, their price, their transport costs, value added tax and the payment method. 2. Return policy
In general, the company does not accept cancelations, returns, or refunds. Products that have been customized or personalized (for instance with the name written on the project), are not returned. If the return is accepted by the company, products should be returned to the company at the buyer's expense. Refund of the original shipping costs is not made, under any circumstances.

3. Product Buying Process

In case the order is complete the user has to pay the price. Cancellation of orders can not be done.
4. Method of payment
Payment is possible by choice of the user,and can be made either by credit card or by paypal or cash on delivery.
